Bargeshappa And Company is based at 92 Basaveshwara Nagar in the LIC Colony. Our office is on the first floor, so you have to walk up the stairs to get to us. It is a bit quieter up there than being right on the street level. LIC Colony is a decent enough neighborhood, mostly residential, so we don't get the crazy crowds you see in the market areas. We’ve been in this building for a while. The office has big windows that let in some light, which is nice during the day. Most of the time we are just sitting at the desks handling our accounts and paperwork. It is a small team here. We know the neighbors in the building, and everyone kind of does their own thing. Sometimes the delivery guys get confused about which floor we are on, but they usually figure it out. We have our name on a small board near the entrance. It’s a simple setup. Nothing fancy like the big corporate offices you see in the city center. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and go home. Basaveshwara Nagar has changed a lot over the years with more shops opening up, but this little corner of the LIC Colony stays pretty much the same. It is a steady place to work from. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the daily tasks.
