Baptist Hospital

This hospital is tucked away in Hebbal, right near the police station. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know the junction can be a nightmare with the vehicles and the dust. Being near the police station makes it easy for people to find us, though. We’ve been operating here for a while and the building has seen a lot of people pass through. Inside, it’s a lot of walking up and down corridors. We don’t use much of that corporate speak you hear in the big private hospitals. We just tell you what the wait time is and where you need to go. The staff works long shifts, and you can usually find someone having a quick tea break near the back entrance. It’s a busy place. Between the ambulances coming in and the regular appointments, there isn't much downtime. The waiting room chairs are basic, but they get the job done. We try to keep the windows open when the weather is nice, but usually, it’s just the sound of the fans. It feels like a real community place because we see the same families coming back over the years. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just show up, do the shifts, and help the people from the neighborhood. It’s a bit worn in some spots, but that’s because it’s used every single day. We are just a local hospital in Hebbaln.
