Banking Facilitators Group

We work out of an office in Jalahalli West, specifically at F-309 in the P G Apartment complex. It is a residential building, which makes it a bit more comfortable for the people who come to see us. We are the Banking Facilitators Group, and mostly what we do is help people navigate all the complicated forms and processes that banks require. Many folks find the paperwork for loans or account transfers to be quite confusing, so they come here to sit down and go through it with us. Our office has a couple of desks, a printer that sometimes jams, and lots of folders piled up on the shelves. We are not bank employees ourselves; we just know how the system works and help move things along for our clients. It is a quiet place to work, away from the noise of the main road. We usually have the fan running and a few chairs for visitors to wait. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking on the status of different applications. It is a lot of reading and double-checking signatures to make sure nothing is missed. We don’t have a big sign outside, just the apartment number, so people usually come by word of mouth or through an appointment. It’s a small, honest operation where we just try to be helpful with the technical side of banking for everyone.
