Our studio is at 23-24 Nanjappa Garden, which is on the 4th Cross in the Babusapalya area, near Frazer Town. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which makes it a nice place to work compared to the bigger industrial parks. We are Bang Design, and we’ve set up our workspace to be as practical as possible. We have some big tables for drawing and computers for the digital side of things. The light in the afternoons is actually quite good through the front windows. We aren't a massive firm, just a group of people who enjoy the process of making things look right. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs get a bit noisy, or the neighbors stop by to chat. We try to keep the place organized, but when we are in the middle of a project, there are sketches and models everywhere. It’s a creative mess, I guess you could say. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the local tea shop owners and the delivery guys. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the 4th Cross. We have a small kettle in the corner that’s always on the go. Most of our meetings happen around the main table with a lot of hand waving and drawing on scraps of paper. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we do get our work finished on time. It's just a simple setup for our team.
