Our office for Bajaj Ventures Ltd is situated on the second floor of H M F S Towers. The address is 2 Silver Jubilee Park Road, right on Mandi Veerappa Lane. It is a very busy part of the city, and the lane itself is always packed with activity and people moving goods. Finding a parking spot around here is almost impossible, so we usually tell people to come by public transport or just walk from the main road. Once you get up to the second floor of the towers, it is a bit more peaceful than the street below. We have been in this building for several years now. It’s a standard office setup with desks, computers, and perhaps a few too many filing cabinets. We handle a variety of business matters and ventures from here. We aren't really a retail shop, so we don't have people walking in to buy things off a shelf like a store. It’s more about sit-down meetings and managing the different things we are involved in. The lighting in the office isn't the best in the world, and the elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes, but it’s home for us during the work week. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the numbers and talk to our partners on the phone. It is a practical place where we just focus on getting our work done without any fuss. We don't have any big corporate decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some old notes pinned up. It’s a straightforward environment for us.
