Babu Clinic

The clinic is over on Jayanagar Siddhapura Main Road, specifically near Athik Masque Road. It’s a lively spot with the mosque nearby and people always walking by to get to the market. We’ve been here in this small building for quite some time. The space isn't very big, so we have to be careful with how we store everything. The front room is where most people wait, and we’ve got some old benches that have seen better days but are still sturdy enough. We don't have a big reception team; it's usually just one or two of us handling the desk and the phone. Sometimes the phone rings and nobody can get to it right away because we’re busy in the back, but we eventually pick it up. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’ve stayed this shade of off-white for as long as I can remember. We keep our instruments and supplies in glass cabinets that we wipe down every single morning. The floor is tiled and stays cool even when it gets really hot outside in the afternoon. We like the location because it’s easy to explain to people how to find us—just look for the mosque road. It’s a simple, neighborhood place where we know most of the people who walk through the door. We don’t try to be anything we’re not, just a local clinic doing its daily work.
