B V Group is based right here in Banashankari, a place we’ve called home for a long time. We do a bit of everything, depending on what the local needs are at the time. The office is tucked away in a quiet street, far from the main road noise. It’s a family-run kind of setup, so things are pretty casual. You won’t find anyone in suits here. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a big wooden table figuring out the schedule for the week. We’ve worked on various projects around this area, and most people around Banashankari recognize the name. It’s not a massive corporate office with hundreds of employees. We prefer keeping things small and manageable so we can actually talk to the people we work with. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when we need it, or the internet goes slow, but we make it work. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the local economy over the years. I remember when this area was mostly trees and empty lots. Now it’s bustling and there is traffic everywhere. We keep our files in old metal cabinets that squeak every time you open them. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just focus on the tasks at hand and getting home at a decent hour.
