B S Sekhar is located in D2 on the 3rd Floor of the Shanti Niketan Appartment. This is over in T Dasarahalli. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view, though mostly it’s just looking out at other buildings in the area. Shanti Niketan is a decent-sized apartment complex, so finding D2 can take a minute if it’s your first time visiting. We don’t have a big storefront or anything. It’s more of a professional setup within a residential-style building. This makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We spend our days here at the desks, handling our paperwork and whatever else comes up. The T Dasarahalli area is quite active, so there’s always something going on outside, but being up on the third floor keeps it a bit quieter for us. We don’t have a fancy reception area. It’s just a plain room where we get our work done. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is okay. It’s just a regular place for regular work. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We don’t go in for anything flashy. We just keep things organized and try to stay on top of our daily goals in a quiet, practical way. It works for us, and it seems to work for the people we deal with too. Nothing complicated.
