If you are looking for us, we are located in the Ramaiah Building at 1-120/A in Indira Nagar. The easiest way to find us is to go behind the BEML factory. It’s a bit of a specific spot, and sometimes people miss the turn-off the first time they try to visit. We’ve been operating out of this space for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly just a workspace where we figure out various projects. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or a big reception area. It’s more of a place where things actually get done. The building itself is sturdy and has that old-school feel to it. There’s always some noise coming from the factory nearby, but we don't mind it much anymore. It’s just part of the background of our day. We have a small team here at Avm Concepts. We mostly focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized, though the desks usually end up covered in drawings and notes by lunch. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work we have in front of us and make sure it’s handled right. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project is finishing up. We just keep the doors open and stick to our schedule. It's a practical setup and it works well for what we do every day in this part of town. The walls could use a bit of paint, but the roof doesn't leak.
