Avigna Clinical Research Institute

This part of the institute is up on the 4th floor of the same building on 15th Cross in JP Nagar. Being on the 100ft Ring Road means we get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a few days. Up here, we handle more of the day-to-day operations and some of the advanced training sessions. It’s a bit of a climb if you don’t wait for the lift, but the view of the trees from the window is okay. We’ve got a small team that stays pretty busy with clinical research stuff. We don't really do the big marketing things; we just focus on the people coming in to learn. The chairs in the breakroom are a bit old, but they’re comfortable enough for a quick lunch. We mostly talk about the schedules and the students. It feels like a normal office where everyone knows each other. Sometimes we bring in snacks to share during the afternoon slump. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a floor in a building where we get work done. We try to keep the files organized, though it can get a bit cluttered when a new batch starts. JP Nagar is a good area, plenty of places nearby to grab a bite after we finish up for the day. We’ve been at this address for a while and like being part of the local scene.
