You can find us at No. 90/91 on 7Th Main Road in the Peenya 3Rd Phase. It’s a big industrial zone, so it’s mostly factories and warehouses around here. At Avery Dennison India Pvt. Ltd., we deal with things like labels and stickers, stuff people use every day but don’t really notice. The machines here are pretty loud and they run for most of the day. It’s a lot of rolls of paper and plastic everywhere. The office part is tucked away but it still feels like part of the factory. We don’t put on any airs here. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Peenya is a tough place to commute to because of the narrow roads and all the big trucks, but once you’re inside, it’s just the usual routine. We spend a lot of time checking quality because if a label doesn't stick, it's a big problem for the customer. We’ve got people who have been here for years and know the machines better than anyone. It’s a practical business. We don't have time for a lot of meetings that don't go anywhere. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generators, which is always a bit of a headache. It’s just how things go in this part of town. We keep the printers rolling and the adhesives sticky.
