At Auto Trend, we are located at 14 Banashankari Maruthi Nagar, specifically on 9th Cross in Madivala. We are quite close to the BDA Complex, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. It’s a lively part of town. There is always a car or two parked out front because that is the nature of what we do. The shop floor is usually where you will find most of us. We aren't big on sitting in offices. There is always a bit of grease on the floor and the smell of engines around. It is a small team here. We’ve worked in Madivala for a long time, so we know the local traffic patterns and the shortcuts. The 9th Cross can get a bit tight when the delivery trucks come through, but we make it work. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big marketing plan. Most people find us because they live nearby or their friend told them about the shop. We just take a look at the vehicles, figure out what’s wrong, and try to fix it without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive, and we just tell the customer how it is. We appreciate the honest conversations we have with people who come by. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us.
