We’ve been running this shop at 73 Balepet for quite a few years now. If you walk down the street, you can’t miss us because of all the cans and tools stacked up near the entrance. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Whether you need a specific shade of paint or just some nails for a home project, we usually have it buried somewhere on the shelves. Balepet is a crowded area, so it gets pretty noisy with all the shops and people moving around outside. We don’t have a website or anything fancy; we just open the doors every morning and wait for people to come in. Our staff knows their way around hardware, so if you ask a question, you’ll get a straight answer. We aren't interested in selling you things you don't need. It’s an old-school way of doing business, but it works for us. The floors are a bit worn down from all the foot traffic over the years, and there’s always a faint smell of paint thinner in the air. We’re just a local hardware store trying to help the neighbors get their repairs done. We don't have any big goals other than staying open and being helpful when someone walks in with a broken part they need to replace. Sometimes we just sit and talk with customers about the weather while we mix the paint colors.
