Ashok Machineries

We’ve been here at 94 Shivananda Circle for a long time now. If you know Mysore Road, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and people moving about. Our place, Ashok Machineries, is right in the middle of that noise. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a solid building where we keep the machines and parts. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot, mostly because the traffic starts piling up by eight. I usually spend my time checking the stock or talking to folks who stop by looking for something specific for their workshop. The floor is usually a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific nut or bolt if it’s tucked away in the back corner. It gets pretty loud when the heavy vehicles pass by the circle, but you get used to it after a week. We don't do much advertising. People just see the sign or hear about us from someone else on Mysore Road. It’s a simple way of doing things. We open up, drink some tea, and get to work. There’s always something to move or fix before the day ends. We just stay focused on the machinery and making sure the shop stays open for whoever needs us. It's just us and the machines.
