The 2nd stage area where we are is always humming with activity. We have a small crew here. Most of us live nearby or commute from the city side. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just show up, start the machines, and get to work. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine gets stubborn, and then we have to figure it out on the fly. It's a practical environment. We have stacks of material waiting to be processed and boxes ready to go out. The road outside gets pretty crowded during the shift changes. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. You won't find us in suits; we are usually in work clothes that have seen better days. It’s a straightforward business. We make the parts, pack them up, and move on to the next order. It’s what we know how to do. The office is just a desk with a lot of papers and some old calendars on the wall. We prefer being out where the work happens rather than sitting in a chair all day long.
