We’re located on the 2nd floor over at 841, 11th B Main in Koramangala. It’s the 4th Block, right near the 5th Cross. If you’ve been to this part of Bangalore, you know how hard it is to find parking, so most of us just take the bus or ride a scooter. Arete Automation Systems Pvt. Ltd. is basically a bunch of us working on controllers and automated setups. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually cluttered with wires, circuit boards, and half-finished projects. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a big corporate meeting. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks or hovering over a workbench trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't triggering the right sensor. Koramangala is a loud place, always something happening outside the window, but we mostly tune it out. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, maybe a bit too messy for some people’s taste, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the systems to work for the clients who send us their requirements. It’s a lot of trial and error and staying late to finish up a design. We just enjoy the work. It feels good when a complicated system finally clicks into place after hours of troubleshooting.
