Aravind Hospital

You can find us at 14 & 15 on 7th Main, 3rd Block. We are in the 4th Stage area off Basaveshwara Road. A good landmark is the total gas bunk, we are right behind that. The hospital has been around for a while in this part of Bangalore. It’s a decent-sized building, but it’s not one of those massive new ones you see on the outskirts. We have several rooms and the usual hospital setup. The floors are a bit worn from all the people walking on them over the years. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days it can get a bit hectic around the entrance. Our staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a long time. We don't have a fancy PR department writing things for us. This is just a place where folks in 560079 come when they need medical help. There are some trees around the building which is nice, though the parking lot can get a bit cramped if there are a lot of visitors. We have the basic wards and a few consultation rooms. It’s not a five-star hotel, it’s just a hospital. We do our work, look after the patients, and keep the place running. That's pretty much the long and short of it. It's a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but not too bad if the weather is nice. We have some benches outside for when it gets too crowded in the lobby. We've been through a lot of changes in Basaveshwara Road.
