Our office is located at G-4 in Janak Residency 2. It’s right there on Kumara Krupa Road, which is usually quite a busy stretch of road during the day. Amw Mgm Forgings has been operating from this spot for some time. It is not a massive factory floor here, more like the administrative side where we handle the paperwork and meetings. Finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive at the wrong hour. The building itself is easy to spot once you are on the main road. We keep things pretty simple inside. There aren't any flashy decorations or expensive lobby furniture. Most of the time it is just us at our desks trying to stay organized with the different projects. The phones ring quite a bit and there is always someone coming in or out with some documents. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. It feels more like a community than just a business district. When things get quiet in the evening, the street finally settles down. We try to keep things moving along without making too much of a fuss. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on production schedules. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that is the highlight of our afternoon break. It is just a normal office routine for us.
