Our shop, Ammar Tools & Machinery India Pvt Ltd, sits right on Silver Jubilee Park Road, which is a place most tool buyers in the area know pretty well. We are located at number 78 in Ammar House, and we are quite easy to spot because we are right near the SBI branch. If you know this part of town, you know it is always crowded. There are people, scooters, and carts everywhere, and the noise of the traffic never really stops until late at night. Inside the building, things are a bit more organized, though we have stacks of machinery and tool boxes taking up a lot of the space. It is a family-run kind of vibe here, even if we have grown over the years. We spend our mornings opening up the shutters and dusting off the displays before the first customers start trickling in. Some people come in just to ask about a specific part for an old machine, and others are looking for something new. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just know our tools and we talk to people plainly about what they need.
