Ambika Kitchen

Ambika Kitchen is located on the first floor of building number 44 in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are right near that Citi Bank ATM, which is a good landmark because the streets around here can get a bit confusing if you aren’t from around here. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up, but it gives us a bit more space for all the pots and pans. We have stacks of stainless steel everywhere. It is a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We carry everything from small spoons to big pressure cookers. It’s just a local shop where families come when they are setting up a new house or if something breaks in their kitchen. The area is always crowded with students and office workers, so there is a lot of energy outside our windows. We don't do anything special; we just open up early and stay until the last customer leaves. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic down on the road, but you get used to it. The shop has been here long enough that we know most of the people who walk past. We don't have a fancy display. We just put the stuff out where people can see it and touch it. It’s a practical place for people who just want to get their shopping done without a lot of fuss. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized.
