ALWAYE LOAD SELECTORS is located at No. 3, Shibra Farms. This is in the Nagasandra area, not too far from the Peenya Industrial Area. Despite the name "Shibra Farms," there isn't much farming going on around here these days. It is mostly industrial. We deal with load selectors, which are these heavy components used in electrical systems. Our workspace is more of a garage or a small factory floor than an office. It gets a bit loud when the machines are running, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a receptionist. If someone comes to the door, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see who it is. We aren't a big corporate entity. We are just a small group of people who know how to build these selectors. Peenya is a busy hub, so there is always a lot of movement nearby. The work is physical and can be quite tiring, but it’s satisfying to see the finished parts stacked up and ready to go. We don't have a mission statement or any of those corporate goals. We just want to build things that don't break. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the main road. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We don't need anything more than that. It is just us doing what we know how to do.
