You’ll find us at No 272 in Vinayaka Badavane, which is just near the KSFC Godown. It’s right on Andrahalli Main Road in Bangalore. The godown is a big landmark, so most people don’t have trouble finding us once they get to this part of town. The road outside is always busy with trucks and bikes, so it’s pretty noisy during the day. Our office is a simple one-room setup mostly. We have some cabinets for files and a few chairs for visitors. It’s not fancy at all. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone or meeting with families who come to see us. Because of the location, we get a lot of dust from the main road, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers looking over our shoulders. We just know what needs to be done each day and we get to it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to catch up on. We’ve seen the Andrahalli area grow quite a bit over the last few years. It’s a hardworking part of the city, and we try to match that energy. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a dedicated space where we can focus on the people who need us. It’s practical, a bit loud from the traffic, but it works for us.
