Alliance Interior Designer & Decorato is tucked away in the basement of City Plaze. The address is 3 Palace Road in Kuber Nagar, near the Katargam Darwaja. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler, which is nice during the summer. We have a lot of samples and catalogues lying around everywhere. It can get a bit messy with all the fabric bits and wood pieces on the floor. We aren't the type to have a polished, perfect office. We actually do the work here, so there is always something being cut or measured. It’s a bit of a walk down the stairs to find us. The City Plaze building is quite old and has a lot of other shops too. We spend most of our time out at sites, but when we are here, we are usually sketching things out or talking to suppliers. We don't have a receptionist. You just walk in and find whoever is available. Sometimes we're all busy and you might have to wait a minute. We’ve been based in Kuber Nagar for a good while. The area around Katargam Darwaja is always packed with people and traffic. It makes it interesting to come to work every day. We just focus on getting the drawings right and making things work for the space we are given. It's a simple life for us here in the basement.
