Alcoshine

If you go to New Thippasandra, specifically Pant Nagar G-1, you’ll find Alcoshine. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot. We don't have a grand entrance or anything like that. It’s just a standard door that leads into our workspace. Inside, it’s a mix of different smells depending on what we are working on that day. We have some shelves lined with containers and a few tables where we do the assembly. It’s not a high-tech lab. It’s more of a workshop where we figure things out as we go. The lighting is okay, but we usually keep the front door open to let some sunlight in. We’ve got a small cat that hangs around the entrance; we call her Shiny. At Alcoshine, we don't have meetings about synergy or growth. We just talk about what needs to be shipped out by the end of the day. The neighborhood of New Thippasandra is quite lively, so there’s always something happening outside. We can hear the vegetable vendors calling out in the mornings. We keep our records in a spiral notebook because computers can be a headache sometimes. It’s a small operation here at G-1. We know our neighbors and they know us. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just trying to do a good job and make sure the bills are paid. It’s a simple, busy life for everyone at Alcoshine.
