Akshaya Academy

Akshaya Academy is located at 787/29, though the new number for the building is 27. We are situated on Sri Ramanjenya Temple Road in Hanumantha Nagar. It’s a very recognizable street because of the temple nearby. We are also right opposite the Bangalore One Centre, which is a big help when people are trying to find the address for the first time. The area is quite traditional and has a lot of that old Bangalore charm that people like. We’ve been here for some time now. Our building is just a normal house that we’ve converted for our classes. It feels very much like a home rather than a school. We have students coming in from all over Hanumantha Nagar and the nearby areas. It’s never too loud inside, even though the temple road gets very busy during festivals or special days. We just do our work, teaching whatever subjects the students need help with. We aren't a big institution with many branches everywhere. We are just this one spot in 560019. The staff is just a few local teachers who know the students and their families well. We don't go for big ads or polished brochures. Most of our students come because they live nearby or their older siblings came here before. It’s a very community-driven thing for us. We spend a lot of time just talking to parents on the porch. It’s a simple way to run a business.
