If you have ever tried to drive through Sadar Patrappa Road during the morning rush, you already know how chaotic things get around this part of town. We have been running Akbar Supply Agency out of the Sks Complex for quite some time now, right near the Chakala Gaothan Road area. It is not a very large space, and honestly, it is usually overflowing with all the different supplies we keep in stock. Most mornings start with us shifting heavy boxes around just so we can find a clear spot to sit and drink some tea before the phones start ringing. The shelves are pretty much packed from floor to ceiling with all kinds of hardware and parts that local shops and workers need. We do not have any fancy office furniture or air conditioning that works perfectly, just some old metal desks and a few fans that hum all day long. It is a bit noisy with all the traffic and people shouting outside, but we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood by now. People usually find us by looking for the specific turn off the main road, though the sign is a bit faded from the sun. We are just a small crew of local guys who know where every single item is hidden in the back room. We spend most of our time checking lists and making sure the inventory is right. It is a simple, busy life here in the complex.
