Our office is tucked away at No.158/1, right behind the Jesu Krupa Complex on Airport Road. Being in Konena Agrahara, specifically near the 5th Cross, means we get a lot of local folks stopping by to ask about ticket prices or bus schedules. It’s not a huge place, just a simple setup with a few computers and some old chairs for people to sit while they wait. We spend most of our morning checking flight availability and booking seats for people going on trips. Some days are quieter than others, but during the holiday seasons, the phones don't stop ringing and things get a bit chaotic. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shop owners nearby. If you come by, you might see us having tea while staring at the screen trying to find a better connection for a passenger. It’s straightforward work, mostly just listening to where people want to go and trying to make it happen without any errors. Airport Road is always busy, but our little corner in the 5th Cross feels a bit more relaxed than the main stretch. We don't do much advertising; people usually find us through word of mouth or because they live in the area. We just focus on getting the tickets right and making sure everyone has their paperwork in order before they head to the airport. It's a decent way to spend the day, helping neighbors plan their travels.
