Even though the name says Bangalore, you can find us at Siju E.P Edayaringattil in Kaipattoor. That’s in the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala. It’s a bit of a different setting than a big city office might be. We work out of this location and it’s actually quite peaceful here compared to the noise of a metro area. Agee Designs&Interiors is just us working away on our projects. We don't have a huge staff or a corporate hierarchy with managers for everything. It’s more of a hands-on type of place. If you come by, you’ll probably see us surrounded by sketches and notes and bits of paper. We don't really follow a strict dress code. Most days we just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. The air in Pathanamthitta is better than in the city, which we definitely like. We’ve got a routine that works for us. We start early, take a break for lunch, and usually keep going until the work is finished. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a workspace where we can focus on what we are doing. We don't spend time on fancy marketing materials. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or just by knowing someone who knows us from the neighborhood. It feels more personal this way. We’re just local people doing what we know how to do. It’s a simple life and a simple way of running things for us.
