We’ve been operating the clinic from this building for quite a while now. Homeopathy is what we do here, and we see people coming in from all over the block. The 12th Main is a fairly busy street, but once you step inside No. 41, it gets much quieter. We try to provide a calm space for people who aren't feeling well. It’s not a large facility, just a few rooms where we can sit and talk with patients. We don’t use any corporate scripts or big marketing slogans. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Banashankari is a tight-knit area, and word of mouth is how most people find us. We keep our records, we prepare our remedies, and we listen to what people have to say. It’s a simple way to run a clinic, but it works for us.
