Aditi Cnc P. Ltd. is based at No. C-329 A, 3rd Main, in the 1st Stage of Peenya Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s just one workshop after another, and we’re right in the thick of it. Our place is full of CNC machines that hum and click all day long. We’ve got the 9th Cross right nearby, so there’s always people moving around outside. The air inside is thick with the smell of coolant and metal shavings. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules; we’re just a bunch of people who know how to program these machines to get the right shapes out of a block of steel. Sometimes the programs glitch and we have to spend hours fixing the code, which can be frustrating. But when everything is running smooth, it’s a good feeling. We don't have any polished sales pitches or colorful brochures. People come to us because they know we’re here in the industrial estate and we have the machines to do the job. We eat our lunch together on the shop floor and talk about anything other than work for half an hour. Then it’s back to the machines until the shift ends. It’s a grind, but it’s our grind. We’ve been on 3rd Main for a while now, and we plan to stay. We like the noise of the industrial estate much better than a quiet office.
