Achintya Foundation

Our place, Achintya Foundation, is located in Vmaks Rosebay. We are at No. 316 on the 14th Cross in Ananthanagar Phase 2, which is part of Electronic City Phase 2. It’s a bit of a drive out here if you’re coming from the main city, but this area has grown a lot lately. The office itself is just a regular room where we manage everything. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of staff. It’s a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. The building is fairly modern, but we haven't done much to the inside of our unit besides putting in the necessary desks and shelves. We have stacks of files and a coffee machine that works most of the time. Electronic City is usually full of tech workers, but our little corner in Ananthanagar feels more like a community. We spend our mornings going through emails and the afternoons usually involve local errands or meetings. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just steady. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the 14th cross is a mess, but that is Bangalore for you. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address. We just focus on what needs to be done each day and go home when the work is finished. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps us busy enough without being too stressful for the team.
