Acharya & Bm Reddy College Of Pharmacy is right in the middle of Peenya, specifically at I Stage, 1st Cross. If you know Bangalore, you know Peenya is a huge industrial area, so it’s always busy around here. There are trucks and people moving all the time. Our building stands out a bit because it’s a college amongst all the factories and warehouses. It’s a pharmacy school, so we spend our time thinking about medicines and chemistry. The hallways are usually full of students rushing to their next lab session or sitting on the stairs talking. We have the usual setup of labs with those long black tables and sinks. It’s a practical kind of place. 1st Cross can get a bit congested during the morning rush, so most of us try to get in early. The office is usually a mess of files and registers, but we know where everything is. It’s a very urban feel here, not like those quiet campuses in the countryside. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long. Students here are usually focused on their records and finishing their projects on time. We don’t have fancy gardens, but we have the equipment needed for the course. It’s a straightforward college life in a busy part of the city. We just do our work and go home. Most of the time, the noise from the street is just something we've gotten used to over the years.
