Our place, Ace Super Auto Forge Pvt. Ltd., sits at Plot No.28/C in Phase-Ii of the Peenya Industrial Area. Being in Phase-Ii means there is always something going on around us. Forging is heavy work and it shows on the shop floor. It is hot near the hammers and you can feel the vibration in the ground when things are moving. We have been in this spot for years and the walls have seen a lot of hard work. It is not the kind of place where you worry about getting your clothes dirty. We deal with metal every single day, heating it up and shaping it into what is needed for the auto industry. The guys here have been doing this a long time. We do not have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. Usually, if you come by, you will just find us in our gear working through the stack of jobs. Peenya is a big place, but Phase-Ii has its own rhythm and we are a part of that. We take our breaks when we can and keep the machines maintained so they do not break down at the wrong time. It is honest work and it is what we know how to do. Some days are harder than others, especially when the orders pile up, but we just keep at it until the day is done and we can lock up. We are just local people doing a heavy job.
