Abhaya Hasta Hospital

If you find yourself in CV Raman Nagar, you’ve probably passed by the Dare Gate once or twice. Abhaya Hasta Hospital is sitting right opposite that gate. It’s a busy intersection for sure. There is always someone crossing the street or a vehicle turning around right in front of our entrance. We’ve become a bit of a landmark just because of the Dare Gate being so close by. The hospital isn't a skyscraper; it’s a practical building that fits into the neighborhood. Inside, the hallways are busy with staff moving back and forth. We don’t have a lot of art on the walls or fancy rugs. It is a functional place where the focus is on the rooms and the people in them. You can hear the city noise from the front lobby, but it gets quieter as you go further back into the building. The windows look out onto the street and you can see the daily life of CV Raman Nagar moving along. Our staff mostly live nearby, so they know the best tea shops and where to avoid the traffic during rush hour. We don’t put on a show for anyone. We just open the doors, keep the lights on, and do the work that is required of us every day. It’s a bit worn in some places, like any building that gets used a lot, but it serves its purpose well enough. We just stay busy and keep the records straight.
