Our institute is on the third floor of the Ssr Arcade, which is located on Gandhi Bazar Main Road in the Basavanagudi area of Bangalore. We are situated right above the Manappuram Finance office. If you have ever been to Gandhi Bazar, you know how lively and crowded it can get with all the shops and the daily market. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise, though you can still hear the flower sellers and the traffic below. We do not have a lift that works all the time, so we often end up taking the stairs. Our rooms are filled with desks and a lot of paperwork related to global education and student applications. It is not a very large office, so things can feel a bit cramped when we have several visitors at once. We have a small corner for making coffee and storing our lunch boxes. Most of our day is spent talking to students or their parents about their plans for the future. We do not use any fancy marketing slogans or have a polished sales team. It is just a few of us who have learned how the system works over the years. We like being in Basavanagudi because it feels like a real community. Even when the office gets busy and papers are piled high on the desks, we just keep working through the tasks one by one until the day is done.
