Aakash International Business Management College

Our college is located at No.198 in the Mallatalli New Extension. This part of Bangalore, around Nagarbhavi and Balgangadhar Nagar, has grown quite a bit recently. Aakash International Business Management College is right in the middle of this activity in Mallathahalli. The building is a few stories high and sits among other newer constructions in the Sishal area. It's a busy place with students arriving on bikes and buses throughout the morning. Inside, the classrooms are basic with whiteboards and rows of chairs. We don't have a huge cafeteria, but there are plenty of small shops nearby where everyone goes for tea or a quick snack. The 560056 area code is fairly residential but with a lot of these smaller colleges popping up. You can hear the sounds of construction nearby most days. The office handles all the admissions and paperwork in a small room on the ground floor. It's a bit of a maze getting around the extension if you aren't used to the layout of the streets here. We keep the doors open late because some students have classes that run into the evening. It is a practical environment where people come to get their degrees. The stairs are concrete and there is a small area for parking out front that fills up fast. It's just a normal college building where day-to-day learning happens without much fuss. We try to keep the fans running during the hotter afternoons because it gets quite warm in the classrooms.
