A W H Special College

Our college is located in a place called Honest Nest, over in the Puthiyangadi Pavangad area of Calicut. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, which is good for the kind of work we do here. We focus on special education, which means our days are a bit different from a regular college. The building is simple and surrounded by a bit of greenery. Inside, you’ll find classrooms that are set up to be comfortable for our students. We don’t have any big, shiny halls or high-tech labs. Instead, we have spaces where people can learn at their own pace and get the attention they need. The staff here is small, and we all know each other well. It’s the kind of place where things move a little slower, and that’s perfectly fine. We spend a lot of time on practical skills and helping everyone feel like they belong. Calicut is a nice city, and being out in Pavangad gives us a bit of breathing room away from the main traffic. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy and we have to shuffle things around, but we make it work. It’s not about being the most famous institution. It’s just about being there for the students who need a different kind of learning environment. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood feels like home to us now. It’s rewarding work, even if it’s challenging sometimes.
