It’s a local neighborhood, so you see a lot of the same faces every day. The temple is a big landmark, so we usually tell people to look for that if they get lost. Our office at Zlatosoft is pretty simple. It’s a regular building and we’ve been here for a bit now. The street outside can get a little crowded during festival times or on weekends, but during the week, it’s mostly just the usual local traffic. Inside, we have a few rooms where we set up our equipment and desks. It’s not a high-tech looking place from the outside, but it works for us. We have a small area where we keep the water cooler and a few boxes of files that we haven't quite gotten around to filing away. Most of the staff live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the crazy long commutes that other people in Bangalore complain about. We like the vibe of Sajjepalya; it feels more like a community than a business district. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour in the afternoon, so we take that time to sit outside or just chat about things. We don’t have any big corporate rules about what to wear. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs.
