Zertain India Private Limited is located at Clayworks Create on Bannerghatta Main Road. The exact spot is Sy.No 20/1/2/3 in 11th Kmarakere Village. It’s a bit of a different setting than your typical office park. Being in the village area gives it a bit of a slower feel, even though the main road right outside is always packed with cars and buses. We work in a shared space, so there are other businesses around us, which is nice for a change of scenery. We are just a few people trying to make a go of our own projects. We don’t have a corporate office with a big logo in the lobby. We just have our own little corner where we put in the hours. Most of what we do involves a lot of thinking and planning. We don't have big team-building events or anything like that. We just go out for a quick bite together when we get hungry. It’s a very practical way to run things. We try to keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for the week. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we usually try to keep a normal schedule. It’s just a group of us doing our best with the tools we have. We like the location and the simple way we operate here. It’s nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
