You can find us at No.593, on the fourth floor of the building. We're in the 1st A Block of D Group Layout. It’s right behind the Karnataka Bank in Lingadeeranahalli. Being on the top floor means we get a bit of a breeze when we open the windows, which is nice in the summer. Young Mind Creations Technologies is a small operation. We started here because the rent was fair and the area is growing. It's a bit of a trek for some of the staff who live across town, but we make it work with carpooling or the bus. The office is pretty basic. We have a few long tables and some whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles and notes. We don't spend much on decor or fancy furniture. Most of our budget goes into the hardware and software we use every day. We spend our days building things online and trying to keep everything running smoothly for everyone. Sometimes we order food from the small place around the corner when we have a long day or a lot to finish. The internet connection is usually solid, which is the main thing we care about in this office. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. We're just a small group trying to build something useful and stay busy. It’s a lot of trial and error every day. We learn as we go. That’s just how it is in this line of work.
