Yes & Sea Private Limited

Yes & Sea Private Limited is based out of Jaya Nagar, specifically at Plot 148. It’s a fairly residential area, so it doesn't feel like those big, cold office blocks you see in the city center. We like it this way because it’s a bit more relaxed. Our team isn't very large, just a group of people who know each other well and work together on different business ideas. The name sounds a bit different, we know, but it's just what we went with when we started. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or art on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and the equipment we need to do our daily jobs. We usually get in early and try to knock out the hardest work before the afternoon heat kicks in. There’s a local shop nearby where we get our snacks, and that’s pretty much the highlight of the break time. We don't spend time writing long reports about our vision for the future. We’re much more interested in making sure today’s work is done right. If something breaks, we fix it. If a customer has a question, we answer it as best as we can. It’s not a complicated way to run a business, but it’s how we like to operate. Jaya Nagar is a good spot for us, and we plan to stay here at Pt 148 for the foreseeable future.
