Winwind Infotech Private Limited is on the second floor of Mithra Apartment, which is at 7th Cross Kodigehalli in Vidyaranyapura. It is actually a flat that we have turned into an office space, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have our desks set up in the different rooms. It is quite nice because it is a bit quieter than being right on a main road. We spend our days working on various tech projects and trying to stay on top of our deadlines. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so moving our furniture in was a real chore that we do not want to repeat. We do not have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door so people know they are at the right place. Most of our time is spent on the computers, and we usually have some music playing in the background to keep the mood up. It is a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get very busy at times. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing outside, and we can hear them from the balcony. It is a very local feel for a tech company. We do not do big presentations or have fancy meetings. We just gather around a screen and talk about what needs fixing. It is a straightforward way of working.
