Weestuff Private Limited is based out of a building called Veerabhadra, located at No. 326 in the 4th Block of Basaveshwaranagar. We are specifically in the 3rd Stage, West of Chord Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to delivery drivers sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office is tucked away in a residential-looking area, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a huge industrial park. We have been here for a while now, so the office feels lived-in. There are some cracks in the tiles and the paint might be peeling a little in the corner, but it’s our space. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking in the small kitchen area. There is a lot of traffic on Chord Road, so the back streets where we are feel a bit quieter in comparison. We keep things pretty simple here. Everyone has their own routine, like who arrives first to turn on the lights and who is usually the last one to leave in the evening. It’s a small team, and we don't have any complicated hierarchies or formal dress codes. You’ll usually find us in jeans and t-shirts, just getting through the week’s work. It’s a local business through and through, settled into the rhythm of the neighborhood.
