Wedec Private Limited

Our office for Wedec Private Limited is actually a ground floor flat, G-003, in Swarna Meenakshi Prides. This is out in the Belathur area. Since it’s a residential complex, it feels very different from a typical business district. We have the main living room area set up with our desks and the other rooms are used for storage or the occasional meeting. It is a bit unconventional, but it works perfectly for a team of our size. Being on the ground floor is especially handy for when deliveries arrive or when we need to step out quickly. Belathur is still developing, so there is often some dust from the construction happening nearby. We have a small patch of garden right outside the window which is nice to look at during the day. The team is quite small, and we all know each other very well. There is no corporate ladder to climb here. We just divide the work and get on with it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside in the common area, and you can hear them through the walls. It makes the place feel more like a home than a sterile office. We make our own coffee in the small kitchen and usually eat our lunch together at the big table. It is a very informal atmosphere. We don't have a big sign out front, just the unit number on the door.
