Vidhya Sangha Technologies Private Limited is located in the ITI Limited area in Doorvani Nagar. Specifically, we are in the F-86 building. This part of Bangalore has a lot of history with the old industrial setups, and we kind of like the old-school feel of the neighborhood. Our space is functional and serves its purpose. We spend our time working on tech projects and figuring out software issues. It isn't a high-end office with glass walls, but it has plenty of room for our team to sit and work. There’s a certain rhythm to the days here. We show up, have some tea, and then get into the tasks at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty around the industrial estate, but we don't mind much. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been in the industry for years and some who are just starting out. We don't really follow a strict hierarchy. If something needs fixing, whoever is closest usually takes care of it. Being in Doorvani Nagar means we are a bit away from the main city buzz, which is actually quite nice for focusing. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. We’re just a group of people working together in a quiet corner of Bangalore. It's a practical arrangement that works for us, and we're happy with how things are going so far.
