Varada Software Associates Private Limited

Out in Jakkur, near the JNRS Institute, you’ll find our office. We are at number 229 on 4th Main Road in Penn Field Gardens. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the center of the city. Varada Software Associates is a small group of us. We basically just handle software development and some technical consulting. The office is simple. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a small kitchen area where we make tea. We don't have a lot of decorations or anything that looks too corporate. We prefer it that way because it feels more relaxed. Most of our day is spent on the computer, dealing with different pieces of software. Sometimes we have clients come by, but most of our work happens over the internet. We aren't a massive company with a big HR department. It’s just us. We’ve known each other for a long time, so we work well together. Srirampura is a nice area to be in. We often take a walk in the afternoons just to get some fresh air. We don't make big promises or use a lot of buzzwords. We just listen to what people need and see if we can build it for them. It’s a practical approach. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we keep going. It’s just our way of making a living in this city.
