Our place, Tidmg Innovation And Technologies Private Limited, is tucked away at 39 2nd Floor on Ngef Lane. It’s right in Indiranagar 1st Stage, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve grown to like the energy of the lane quite a lot. The office is on the second floor, which gives us a decent view of the street whenever we take a short break. We’re mostly into innovation and tech, which sounds complicated but mostly involves a lot of trial and error at our desks. We don’t have a big corporate handbook or a lot of rules about what we have to wear. Most of us just show up in t-shirts and get straight to work. It’s a small team, so everyone knows exactly what everyone else is doing at any given time. We have a small kitchen area where we probably spend too much time talking about random things instead of working. Indiranagar is a great spot, even if parking a car is a complete nightmare most days. We chose this location because it’s central and easy for everyone on the team to get to. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to build some decent tech and keep our clients happy. The walls are a bit bare and the floor creaks in one spot, but it feels like home to us every day.
