Svintec Private Limited

Svintec is located at Door No. 73/74 in CKC Gardens. It’s right off 1st Cross, near the Lalbagh Road Cross. This area has a lot of history and it feels different from the newer parts of the city. The streets are a bit narrower and there’s a lot of old-school trade happening nearby. Our office is tucked into this environment. It’s not a flashy glass building. It’s a solid, older structure that houses our small team. We have been working from here for a while and it suits us fine. Inside, we have everything we need to handle our daily tasks. It’s mostly just desks and a lot of papers and cables. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. The people here are straightforward. We just want to get the job done and go home. Finding the place can be a little tricky for people who aren't familiar with the crosses around Lalbagh Road, but we like the quiet of being off the main drag. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to build something decent. We don't put on any airs about what we do or where we are. We just open the door every morning and get to work on the things we have planned for the day, hoping the traffic isn't too bad.
