We’re located at House No: 209 in the Ritzy Block of Adithya Soigne Apartments. This is over in LBS Nagar in Bangalore, which is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main city center. Spanningtree Software Technologies Private Limited is basically run out of this space where we’ve set up our workstations and a small break area. It’s a residential-style setup, so it doesn't feel like those huge office parks where you get lost in the hallways. We like it this way because it’s a bit more personal. Sometimes the security guards at the gate ask a few questions, but they know us by now. The Ritzy Block is easy enough to find once you enter the apartment grounds. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out bugs or new features. It's not a high-pressure corporate environment with people in suits; we usually just wear whatever is comfortable. The internet goes out once in a blue moon and we all have to wait around, but that’s just how it is. We’ve got a small balcony where we sometimes stand just to get a bit of fresh air during the day. It’s just a normal workplace for a group of people trying to make things work. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that on the walls, just some old calendars and a whiteboard.
