You can find Sourcwind Private Limited over on Bannerghatta Road. We are up on the 3rd floor of Vaibhav Tranquil, specifically in unit No-203. That road is almost always jammed with traffic, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. Once you’re inside, though, it’s a lot calmer. We work out of the Srinivasal Layout area. Our team spends the day handling various tech requirements and making sure our operations stay on track. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication and looking at data. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of people; we are a smaller group that actually knows each other. Usually, someone has the radio on or there’s a debate about where to order lunch from. The office space is functional. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of wires running everywhere. It’s a bit messy at times, especially when we are in the middle of a big project. We don’t really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work we are hired for. Being in Bangalore, you’re always surrounded by other tech companies, but we just try to focus on our own corner of the world. It’s a steady pace most days. We like the location despite the traffic because everything we need is close by. It's just a regular workplace where people show up and get their tasks sorted out. We don't overcomplicate things.
